How to request a refund
Send an e-mail to support@eurodatascore.com with the subject EuroData Score Refund Request and include:
- The e-mail address used for the purchase
- Your order number, if available (from your Mundpay confirmation e-mail)
- The approximate date of purchase
You can also use the contact form and choose the category Refund Request. You do not need to give a reason, although feedback helps us improve.
What happens next
- We confirm the purchase details and reply to your e-mail.
- Approved refunds are processed through Mundpay, our payment provider, to the original payment method.
- The time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
- When the refund is completed, access to the analytical workspace ends. You can still sign in to export or delete your data.
